Background

Faraz Ahmad
Principal engineer and founder with 10 years of experience.
I am a principal engineer and founder with ten years of experience building full stack and cloud systems across retail, telecom, streaming media, and cybersecurity.
I often work on technologies like REST APIs, GRPC, message queues, caching, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and a mix of SQL and NoSQL databases. I teach software engineering for free to limited class sizes on the side, and I love to sing, film, and photograph the world around me.
I am building Cenvi because planning events today is way harder than it should be.
It started with a problem I kept running into while working with event businesses. Payments, communication, discovery, and comparing vendors all live in different places, which makes planning frustrating and slow.
Cenvi brings those pieces together into one system that actually reflects how events get planned, with a strong focus on data ownership and governance so businesses keep control of their customers and revenue.
I care about how bookings happen, how money moves, and how real users experience the product, and that is what drives how Cenvi is built.
